To help you measure the success of your Stream Thru MicroApp, each month, we'll tell you how many people used the service, where they were traveling to, when they traveled, how long they were traveling for, etc.
As the service, grows we'll offer you competitive intelligence (e.g. at a customer profile level, which other airports and carriers are your customers using, how often, and where are they traveling to).
THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- DISCOVERY - When a customer clicks on the promotion on your web-site, they're taken through to a page hosted by us. This page uses your branding, explains a little more about the application and its benefits, and provides download links to the various application stores.
- SIGN-UP AND TRIP CREATION - The customer downloads the Stream Thru App, completes a simple registration process and then adds their trip (either by searching for and adding flights within the application or by forwarding their booking confirmation email to StreamThru).
- USING THE MOBILE APP - When a traveler adds a trip from your airport, they'll see your Stream Thru MicroApp - your brand, your flight information, your official airport guide and promotions from you and your retailers.
If they travel from another network airport, they'll see that airport's Stream Thru MicroApp and its flight information, airport guides, and promotions.
Where travelers fly from a non-network airport, they'll see the generic StreamThru brand, flight information sourced from Flightstats, and a Mantic Point authored airport guide.
