Create enduring customer relationships

Keep your customers happy. Keep them informed when they're travelling

So, you want to use a mobile-enabled dialogue with your customers, when they're travelling, to offer a better customer experience and to increase loyalty.

With a mobile travel concierge, busy business travellers and stressed out holidaymakers can find out where they're going next and when they need to be there as easily as checking a text message or mobile-web page.

Armed with this information your customers will be happier, they'll enjoy a better travel experience, and they'll come away with a positive image of your brand.

There are a number of ways you can offer a mobile travel concierge:

  • Offer a free service to your customers
Absorb the cost of running the service yourself. This approach maximises service take-up and customer goodwill. It's most appropriate if you want to offer the service as a privilege to a certain customer segment (e.g. to your loyalty programme members)

  • Lead with a basic free service. Supplement with premium content
Offer a basic free service to maximise take-up and generate goodwill. Then to maximise revenue, encourage customers to upgrade to access your premium content.

  • Offer a paid only service
To maximise the customer service benefits with a paid only service, you need to ensure that you deliver compelling content that your customers value and are willing to pay for.

Optionally, you can elect to allow a limited amount of third party advertising (or sponsorship) to help cover the cost of running the service.
