## Our annual survey

**Each year we survey a wide range of business travellers to gauge their views on travel risk.**

If you operate a TMC or travel agency then our survey findings will be of interest to you.

### A few things we learned were:

- The majority of travellers want to be kept informed during travel
- Most travellers receive no information once a trip commences
- The majority of respondents do not receive any destination risk analysis.
